Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for UGCET 2026 medical checkup and slot booking process. This extension provides extra time for eligible candidates, under special categories like Persons with Disabilities (PWD), to secure their mandatory physical verification and medical evaluation slots. 

Candidates seeking reservation under the PwD quota for UGCET-2026 can now book slots for the extended dates. Candidates must access the UGCET College Portal and log in using their personal username (Application Number) and password to book their slots.

Slot Booking Process

1. Go to the official KEA UGCET Portal.

2. Click on the active link designated for "UGCET 2026 Medical Checkup / PWD Verification Slot Booking".

3. Enter Credentials such as registration details, specifically your unique Username/Application Number and secure Password.

4. Review available schedules, select a preferred date and time, and submit the selection.

5. Print and save confirmation or verification slot slip for presentation at the medical center.

Important Checklist before applying

• Only students who complete pre-booking and carry their generated slot slip are permitted at the venue.

• Bring all medical certificates, UGCET admit cards, and valid photo ID proofs.

• Missing this extended deadline will disqualify candidates from claiming seats under the designated medical and physical disability reservation quotas.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) initiated specialized medical checkups at designated centres, including Victoria and Minto Hospitals, to verify reservation eligibility before main counselling rounds began.
