Top IIITs in India - NIRF Rankings 2025

In the 2025 list, students can find 3 IIITs in the top 100 ranks. The three IIIT colleges in India are - 

• The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, which ranks 38.
• The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, ranks 69. 
• The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, stands at 96.

The NIRF rankings, which stand for National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) is an annual rankings released by the Ministry of Education, Indian Government, every year.
