No Extension of JEE Main 2026 Correction Facility; Window Closes at 11:50 PM, TODAY

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has notified that the JEE Main 2026 session 1 correction window will not be extended, and the window will close today, December 2, at 11:50 PM. Those candidates who have not completed the correction of details in their form must complete the same by the deadline.
NTA will not allow any more correction opportunities to the candidates after today. NTA JEE Main correction facility started on December 1 at jeemain.nta.nic.in. A few hours remain for the correction window to close. It is important to make corrections in the form, if needed, as the details in the JEE Main 2026 form will be used in the admission process, like JoSAA counselling and even in JEE Advanced registrations.
How to Edit Details in JEE Main 2026 Form

- Visit the official website of JEE Main 2026 - jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Now look for the link on the home page for the form correction facility.
- Click on the link, and the login window will open.
- On the login window, enter the JEE Main 2026 application number and password.
- Under the login, candidates have to read the instructions and verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
- Thereafter, candidates can access the fields in the application form that can be edited.
- Edit the field that you want.
- After editing, check all the details carefully. No more facility to make corrections will be available.
- Click on the submit link and save the revised form. If prompted, pay the applicable correction fee.

Candidates can check the JEE Main 2026 exam date allotted to them on their city intimation slip and JEE Main admit card. Candidates have to download the city intimation slip and admit card from the official website as per the schedule
JEE Main exam is held for 3 hours continuously without any break. Candidates are allowed to leave exam hall only after 3 hours of the test are over.
