NTA Scorecard 2026: How to Get Duplicate Score card if Lost, Stolen or Damaged?

NTA Duplicate Scorecard

NTA Scorecard: National Testing Agency has informed candidates that they can apply for re-issuance of their NTA scorecard for any exam like UGC NET, CSIR NET, NEET or JEE, if original document has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. NTA shared this information through its social media and directed candidates to follow procedure to get a duplicate scorecard.

As per NTA, candidates should first check whether their scorecard is available on DigiLocker. If scorecard is available there, they can download it directly and do not need to submit a separate application.

For candidates whose scorecard is not available on DigiLocker, NTA has prescribed an application process. The agency has also published a notification which have required format and details for applying for duplicate NTA scorecard.

How to apply for NTA Duplicate Scorecard 2026?

Candidates can follow these steps if their scorecard is not available on DigiLocker

Check DigiLocker: Candidates should first check their DigiLocker account for NTA scorecard. If document is available, they can download it directly. No separate application is required in this case.

Download and Fill Annexure-1: If NTA scorecard is not available on DigiLocker, candidates need to download Annexure-1 from NTA notification dated September 17, 2026. The form must be filled with all asked details.

Attach Required Documents: Candidates must attach all enclosures/documents specified in NTA public notice along with completed Annexure-1.

Send Application: The completed application and required documents can be sent to NTA through email at result@nta.gov.in. Alternatively, candidates can send application through Registered Post or Speed Post to

Duplicate NTA Scorecard to be Issued After Verification

NTA has clarified that duplicate scorecard will be issued after verification of records and as per prescribed procedure. Candidates should therefore ensure that NTA application form and required enclosures are complete before submitting their request.

NTA website currently lists “Procedure for Issuance of Duplicate Score Card” on its Notice Board Archive. Candidates can visit official NTA website for notification, Annexure-1 and other details related to duplicate scorecard process.
