NTA to Release Cutoff to Qualify for JEE Advanced 2025 with JEE Main Result by April 17; Details Here
NTA will release the JEE Main 2025 result on or before April 17. Along with the result, NTA will mention the cutoff for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam in the scorecard of the candidates. Candidates qualifying the cutoff will be able to register for IIT JEE Advanced from April 23.
The eagerly awaited JEE Main 2025 session 2 results are expected to be announced by April 17. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will also share the JEE Main All India Ranks and the JEE Main 2025 cutoff percentile needed for the JEE Advanced 2025. The JEE Main 2025 AIR and cutoff scores will be determined by comparing the highest scores achieved by candidates in both the January and April exam sessions.
Cutoff for JEE Advanced 2025 with JEE Mains Session 2 Result
Candidates will be able to find out their eligibility for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam by checking the cutoff scores on their JEE Main 2025 scorecard for session 2. At the bottom of the JEE main 2025 session 2 scorecard, there will be information about the category-wise cutoff scores needed to qualify for JEE Advanced 2025 based on the first paper (for engineering courses).
These cutoff scores are expressed as percentiles. If a candidate's total JEE Main 2025 percentile score is higher than the cutoff score for their specific category, they will qualify to take the JEE Advanced exam. Once eligible, they can register for JEE Advanced 2025 from April 23 to May 2, and the exam will take place on May 18, which is important for admission to IITs.
