JEE Advanced 2022 dates: IIT Bombay has revised JEE Advanced 2022 dates. JEE Advanced 2022 will be now held on August 28. The registration will start on August 7. JEE Advanced 2022 Dates - Important Events to Note

Check below what are the important events that the candidates must know about when it comes of JEE Advanced 2022:

JEE Advanced 2022 registration

Candidates aspiring for the exam had to register themselves first and then fill in personal, academic and contact details in the application form. After entering all such details, candidates were required to upload the requisite documents. Payment of application fees could be made online as well as offline. Steps to fill in the JEE Advanced 2022 application form are given in the article below. Only the top 2.5 lakh rank holders in JEE Main are eligible to appear for the exam and fill JEE Advanced 2022 application form. Before filling JEE Advanced application form 2022, candidates should ensure they fulfil the eligibility requirement for the exam.

JEE Advanced 2022 admit card

Students will need to visit the official website and log in with their JEE Advanced 2022 registration number, date of birth and mobile number to access the admit card. Without the admit card no candidate is allowed to enter the exam centre. The exam centre, date and time is mentioned in the admit card as per which the candidates have to reach the exam centre on the exam day.

JEE Advanced 2022 exam

JEE Advanced is a national level engineering entrance test. The examination will be conducted ONLY in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. JEE (Advanced) 2022 will consist of two question papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2 of three hours duration each. Both papers are compulsory. The marking schemes change each year. Negative marks may be awarded for incorrect answers to some of the questions. Details of the marking scheme will be provided in the “Instructions to Candidates” section at the time of examination. The total duration of the exam will be 6 hours. Each question paper will consist of three separate sections, viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 

JEE Advanced 2022 answer keys

JEE Advanced 2022 Answer Key (Provisional) will be released by the exam conducting authority on the official website. Other than the official answer key, various coaching institutes will also release the answer key within one or two days after the conclusion of the exam. JEE Advanced 2022 official question papers will also be made available by the exam conducting authority on the official website. To make it easier for students to calculate their probable score, the exam conducting authority will also release their response sheets, within one or two days after the exam.

JEE Advanced result 2022

JEE Advanced 2022 result will be announced on the official website. To check their results, aspirants will need to enter their registration number and password. A direct link will also be provided below for candidates to check the JEE Advanced result. JEE Advanced 2022 result will include the qualifying status, total and subject-wise scores, and All India Rank (AIR) of candidates. All students must note that the JEE Advanced rank will be as per their total score in papers 1 and 2. The exam conducting authority will also send a message on the registered mobile number of every test taker regarding the declaration of the result. All candidates must note that they will not receive any hard copies of their rank cards. It can be downloaded from the official website only. 

 JEE Advanced 2022 counselling and seat allotment

The counselling process will begin after the announcement of the result. The counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) soon after the announcement of the result.

Q. What are the dates for the availability of JEE Advanced 2022 application form?

A. JEE Advanced application forms will be available from 7 August. The application form will be available online on the official website till 11 August.

A. The dates will be announced later.

A. Students will be able to raise objections against the provisional answer key till September 4, 2022. Students must note that they will need to pay a fee against each objection which will be refunded in case the objection is approved.

A. JEE Advanced 2022 result date will be announced on September 11, 2022.

Q. When will the JEE Advanced 2022 counselling process be conducted?

A. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conduct the counselling process for qualified candidates of JEE Advanced likely from September 12, 2022. There will be a total of 6 rounds for the allotment of seats to students.

Aim for the JEE Advance and prepare for JEE Advance. If you have prepared well for the JEE Advance, then automatically you can crack the JEE Mains Exam.

Hi Jyotsna, the tentative cutoff for general category students to qualify for JEE Advance for 2022 is 88-91 percentile.

I did 12th in 2020 with 95.6%. Am I eligible to apply for IISC UG 2022 via JEE Advance or Main? Am I eligible for JEE Advance 2022?

Hi Payal, JEE Main And JEE Advanced are two different exams. If you want to take admission in IIT, then first you have to qualify JEE Main and then qualify JEE Advanced. By qualifying JEE Main you can get admission in NITs and other GFTIs colleges. JEE Advanced is tougher as compared to JEE Main.

Please don't panic at all. In the last month don't waste time on social media for motivation. Just revise the topic which you studied before.
