JEE Advanced 2023 Dates - Important Events to Note

JEE Advanced 2023 registration
Candidates aspiring for the exam have to register themselves first and then fill in personal, academic and contact details in the application form. After entering all such details, candidates were required to upload the requisite documents. Payment of application fees could be made online as well as offline. Steps to fill in the JEE Advanced 2023 application form are given in the article below. Only the top 2.5 lakh rank holders in JEE Main are eligible to appear for the exam and fill JEE Advanced 2023 application form. Before filling JEE Advanced application form 2023, candidates should ensure they fulfil the eligibility requirement for the exam.
JEE Advanced 2023 admit card
Students will need to visit the official website and log in with their JEE Advanced 2023 registration number, date of birth and mobile number to access the admit card. Without the admit card no candidate is allowed to enter the exam centre. The exam centre, date and time is mentioned in the admit card as per which the candidates have to reach the exam centre on the exam day.
JEE Advanced 2023 exam
JEE Advanced is a national level engineering entrance test. The examination will be conducted ONLY in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. JEE (Advanced) 2023 will consist of two question papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2 of three hours duration each. Both papers are compulsory. The marking schemes change each year. Negative marks may be awarded for incorrect answers to some of the questions. Details of the marking scheme will be provided in the “Instructions to Candidates” section at the time of examination. The total duration of the exam will be 6 hours. Each question paper will consist of three separate sections, viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
JEE Advanced 2023 answer keys
JEE Advanced 2023 Answer Key (Provisional) will be released by the exam conducting authority on the official website. Other than the official answer key, various coaching institutes will also release the answer key within one or two days after the conclusion of the exam. JEE Advanced 2023 official question papers will also be made available by the exam conducting authority on the official website. To make it easier for students to calculate their probable score, the exam conducting authority will also release their response sheets, within one or two days after the exam.
JEE Advanced result 2023
JEE Advanced 2023 result will be announced on the official website. To check their results, aspirants will need to enter their registration number and password. A direct link will also be provided below for candidates to check the JEE Advanced result. JEE Advanced 2023 result will include the qualifying status, total and subject-wise scores, and All India Rank (AIR) of candidates. All students must note that the JEE Advanced rank will be as per their total score in papers 1 and 2. The exam conducting authority will also send a message on the registered mobile number of every test taker regarding the declaration of the result. All candidates must note that they will not receive any hard copies of their rank cards. It can be downloaded from the official website only.
JEE Advanced 2023 counselling and seat allotment
The counselling process will begin after the announcement of the result. The counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) soon after the announcement of the result.
