Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Jodhpur is offering admission to its part-time M.Tech (Artificial Intelligence) programme for working professionals. Interested candidates can apply for the programme by January 18, 2020. The application processing fee of Rs 300 is to be paid online. The programme has been designed to offer next-generation skills to working professionals. The programme is to be offered online as well as offline in a synchronized manner. Apart from this, students will have limited access to the faculty of IIT Jodhpur and leading professionals.
Candidates should be having B.Tech/BE in any branch of Engineering/MCA/MSc (Computer Science or Electronics) with at least 60% marks. Moreover, the applicants should be having a minimum of two years of work experience with good enough experience in computer programming.
Selection will be done basis written test and/or interview any other criteria which will be informed to the students prior to the process. Candidates having past experience of research and/or industry experience in domains related to Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage. For the process of shortlisting candidates, the concerned department may set any cut off criteria.
Classes will take place in the evening from 5 pm to 7 pm or on weekends at a comfortable time. A student is free to apply for three to four courses in a semester. Two to three lectures of 5o minutes each will be conducted. In a semester, there will be an instruction of 14 weeks.
Grading will be done basis programming, examinations, online quizzes, and theoretical assignments.
