The students are demanding WBJEE postponement as it clashes with board exams.

WBJEE is scheduled for April 30

All India Student's Union (AISU) has sent a letter to the Chairman of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE) Board requesting for exams to be postponed. The students are demanding WBJEE postponement as it clashes with board exams.

The WBJEE 2022 is scheduled to be held on April 30 through admission in various engineering colleges in West Bengal is done. The AISU in its letter to the WBJEE Chairman has requested the authorities to peek over students' issues.

The letter reads: “We are writing this Representation on behalf of all WBJEE Aspirants to draw the concerned authorities' attention towards the issue of WBJEE Aspirants. WBJEE 2022 is scheduled on 30th April but CBSE and ISC exam clashing with WBJEE exam.”

“Also WBCHSE exams are ending three days before WBJEE. Due to Board exams clashing with WBJEE 2022 which cause mental disturbance for Board Students those who are going to appear for Boards and WBJEE simultaneously,” it reads.

The association has requested an exam to be conducted in the last week of May, “postponing WBJEE to May should make Students more comfortable in giving the paper,” claims the association.

WBJEE on April 30

The WBJEE 2022 is scheduled to be held on April 30, which has already been postponed twice as first it was announced to be held on April 14, which was later changed to April 23, later rescheduled to April 30.

Parents and students across West Bengal and other parts of the country are demanding to postpone the WBJEE 2022 as according to them the exam has come forward compared to the previous year and there is no extra attempt.
