After TNEA Document Verification 2026
After the TNEA document verification is completed on June 29, the rank list will be released. Based on the ranks of the candidates in the TNEA rank list, seats will be allotted in the TNEA counselling.
The TNEA rank list will be generated based on the marks obtained by candidates in the prescribed subjects in the qualifying exam, after reducing them to a base of 200. To prepare the TNEA rank list 2026, a normalisation method is used. In case there is a tie between the ranks of two or more candidates, the inter-se merit is determined using a set of parameters, including a random number.
The dates of TNEA counselling, which will include choice filling, seat allotment, confirmation of allotment, reporting to College/TFC and payment of fees, will be updated soon at tneaonline.org after approval from AICTE.
