According to official VITEEE 2026 update, VIT entrance exam 2026 is scheduled to start from April 28, but the VITEEE OTBS portal is not yet open, as of April 14. This delay could be due to the extension of the VIT 2026 registration date, which was April 12. Engineering aspirants are worried because VIT Vellore uses a first-come-first-serve rule during the slot booking process. This means that the faster you book, the better your chance of getting your preferred VITEEE 2026 exam date (April 28 to May 3) and slot near your city.

Considering the pattern of last year, VITEEE was started on April 20 and the slot booking began on April 10. So, candidates can most likely expect VIT OTBS portal 2026 window to open around April 15 -18, 2026.
