Osmania University PhD 2025 registration process will be ongoing between January 24 to February 23, 2025, for several courses including Philosophy, Sanskrit, law, economics, botany, Hindi, and physics among others.
Osmania University (OU) has announced PhD admission dates for category 2 admissions at the official website. Students who are willing to apply for Osmania University PhD admission 2025 are provided here with the important dates for admission along with the exam timings of the programme. Applications are invited for PhD entrance test under category II in several subjects available at Osmania University.
The Osmania University PhD admission link 2025 will be activated at osmania.ac.in from January 24, 2025 onwards. Students willing to fill their application form have to submit their applications before February 23, 2025. It is suggested that students must fill the application form at the earliest possible without waiting for the last date to fill Osmania University PhD admission 2025. However, the Osmania University application form 2025 with late fee of INR 2,000 can be filled by March 5, 2025.
The authorities have announced the exam schedule for Osmania University PhD admission 2025. The authorities will conduct the examination for three days at three exam slots i.e. 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM; 12:30 PM to 2 PM and 3:30 PM to 5 PM. Osmania University PhD Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have passed the Master’s degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in the case of SC/ST/BC/PWD/EWS candidates) or equivalent are eligible to apply. Hence, students must adhere to the OU PhD admission criteria before filling the application form.

Yes, Osmania University conducts a Common Postgraduate Entrance Test CPGET for admission to PG, PG Diploma and five-year integrated courses. Apart from CPGET scores, the University also accepts several national-level entrance exam scores such as GATE TSICET CMAT Andhra Pradesh ECET and TS EAMCET among others for undergraduate courses such as B.Tech and other PG, PG Diploma and Certificate courses. For Ph.D. admission, Osmania University conducts Ph.D. entrance test.
For Osmania University PharmD admission, students must have a valid TS EAMCET score. The minimum eligibility criteria required is graduation with an aggregate of 50% from an Institute/University approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
