SSRC Placements 2024: The Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has concluded its 2024 placement season with remarkable success, securing more than 500 job offers valued at INR 43.42 crore. The highest salary package offered to students reached INR 35 lakh, with the average package at INR 8.63 lakh. Over 135 leading recruiters from various industries, including consulting, investment banking, FMCG, and e-commerce, participated in the placement drive.

Top Recruiters and High Participation in SRCC Placements
Prestigious firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Kearney, Bank of America, and Accenture, among others, made significant offers. This year saw a 29% increase in the number of companies visiting SRCC's campus, indicating the institution’s growing industry recognition and the increasing demand for its graduates.

Internships and Stipend Growth
In addition to full-time placements, SRCC students secured over 115 internship offers, generating a gross stipend amount of INR 47.25 lakh. The highest stipend for an internship reached INR 3.67 lakh per month, reflecting an impressive 98% increase in the total stipend value compared to last year.

PwD Recruitment: SRCC’s Inclusivity Efforts

SRCC's commitment to diversity is reflected in its dedicated PwD recruitment drive. Companies like Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Marico, and ICF Consulting, as well as Bain & Company, Dabur, and EY, have participated in hiring Persons with Disabilities (PwD). One student beneficiary shared their gratitude for the placement cell’s support, emphasizing how it helped secure a role at Accenture Strategy.

Phase 1 of SRCC Placements 2024-25 Underway

Phase 1 of SRCC’s 2024-25 placements is ongoing, with over 220 offers already secured. New recruiters such as Goldman Sachs, S&P Global, and NIIFL have joined the placement process, resulting in a 30% increase in the total offer value compared to the previous year.
