Ladakh University Recruitment 2022: Apply for 9 teaching, non-teaching posts
Only those candidates who are short-listed for a written test or interview and finally selected candidates will be informed individually via email correspondence on their registered email apart from uploading the list of shortlisted/selected candidates on the university website.
Ladakh University is now inviting applications for nine teaching and non-teaching posts. As per the official notification, interested candidates can apply for recruitment from today; i.e. January 6, 2022, till January 26, 2022. It must be noted that the applications are invited through online mode.
It must be noted that only screened-in applicants will be called for a written test or Interview as the case may be. No interim correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview.

Vacancy Details:
Registrar:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55 per cent of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
- At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in the educational experience
- Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education
- 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Associate Professor:
- A good academic record with a PhD in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines
- Master’s Degree with at least 55 per cent of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
- A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/ research position equivalent to that of an Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Researcher Institution/industry with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score Seventy-Five (75) as per the criteria given in Appendix.
Assistant Registrar:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55 per cent of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Application Fees:
The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1000 for all the above posts and Rs 500 for SC/ST/PwD during the process of filling up of online application.
