AIBE Exam COP Dispatch Status 2026: Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued important update regarding Certificate of Practice (COP) dispatch status for AIBE XXI qualified candidates. As per latest notification, AIBE COPs of candidates who had enrolled with their respective State Bar Councils and uploaded their Enrolment Certificates on or before July 30, 2026, have been processed, printed and dispatched. Only those who have qualified in AIBE XXI and fall under this category can now contact their respective State Bar Councils to know collection process and status of their Certificate of Practice.

AIBE XXI COP Dispatched to State Bar Councils
As per BCI update, COPs of eligible AIBE XXI candidates whose enrolment documents were uploaded by July 30 have completed processing and printing stage. These certificates have subsequently been dispatched to respective State Bar Councils.
They should therefore approach their concerned State Bar Council for information regarding availability and collection of their COP. The process for collecting the certificate may vary depending on concerned State Bar Council.
AIBE XXI COP Second Lot Processing
Candidates who uploaded their Enrolment Certificates after July 30, 2026, and up to September 30, 2026, will be considered for second lot of COP processing and dispatch. However, their certificates will be processed only after successful verification of documents submitted by them. The dispatch of COPs under second lot will be subject to completion of verification process.

Those whose COPs have already been dispatched should contact their respective State Bar Councils to enquire about certificate's collection and availability. Those whose enrolment certificates were submitted after July 30 should wait for further updates regarding second lot of COP processing and dispatch.
