BHU Admissions 2021: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has received nearly 4 lakh applications for BHU Admission 2021. BHU will enroll the students on the basis of the BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test, UET, BHU Postgraduate Entrance Test, PET. BHU UET and BHU PET exams will be conducted by the National Testing Agency, NTA. As per reports, BHU has received 80,000 plus applications alone for the Agricultural Science courses offered at the University. Along with this, BHU also received a good number of applications for its newly introduced course on Hinduism.
BHU UET exam for the year 2021-22 will be held for those who are seeking admission to various Undergraduate courses. Some of the courses are Bachelors of Arts, BCom, BSc. The BHU UET 2021 will also be conducted for the vocational and professional courses such as BEd, Bachelor of Vocation in Medical Lab Technology, Bachelor of Vocations in Computer Applications, and others.
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET) for admissions to its PG programmes offered by its affiliated/constituent colleges. The programmes are offered in Humanities, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Travel, and Teaching streams.
The NTA will conduct the entrance exam in MCQ-based format and it will be conducted for two hours duration. Candidates must also note that while the exam will be based on CBT mode, due to administrative and logical reasons, it may also be held in hybrid or pen and paper mode.
BHU Admission 2021 registration for UET and PET exam started on August 14 and ended on September 12, 2021.
