CLAT 2026 Objection Window CLOSED; What's Next?

The Consortium of National Law Universities has closed the CLAT 2026 objection window on December 12 at 5 PM. Students were allowed to challenge CLAT provisional answer key 2026 before the deadline. The expert panel of the consortium will review all submitted objections against the provisional answer key before releasing CLAT final answer key 2026.
Those who have submitted their objections will get a refund of CLAT answer key objection fees 2026, if their claims are found correct. This year, the Consortium reduced the objection fee from INR 1000 to INR 500 to reduce the financial burden of students willing to challenge CLAT answer key 2026.ย
CLAT 2026 Objection Window Closed: What After This?ย
As the objection window has concluded, the CLAT 2026 final answer key will be released by the Consortium on its official website. Note that the CLAT 2026 final answer key date is yet to be officially announced. However, based on previous year trends, it is expected that the final answer key of CLAT 2026 exam will be released in a couple of days at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The CLAT final answer key 2026 will be released in PDF format for all sets, i.e. Set A, B, C, and D. Students have to ensure they check their respective CLAT 2026 question paper set while checking the answer sheet PDF.ย
How to Download CLAT 2026 Answer Key Final PDF?
Once released, the final answer key of CLAT 2026 exam can be downloaded using steps below:ย
- ย Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Click on 'CLAT 2026' link
- Search for 'CLAT Final Answer Key 2026' PDF link from notification section.ย
- The answer key will appear on screen.
- Download PDF and check the correct answers.

Apart from the CLATAdmit Card, candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:
- Passport-sized photograph (same as the one uploaded with the application form)
- A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID)
- Transparent water bottle
CLAT exam day dos:
- Reach examination centre at the reporting time mentioned on your CLAT admit card.
- Carry two copies of the CLAT admit card, one photo ID card, passport size photos
- PwD candidates should carry relevant certificates and documents.
- Carry a blue/black ball point pen for signing attendance sheet
CLAT exam day don'ts:
- Do not carry items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, scanners, cameras, wireless/Bluetooth transmission or any such communication devices.
- Don't wear closed shoes, jewellery made of metal, jackets, clothes with pockets, mehendi on palms. Socks are allowed inside it.
- Don't wear caps, hoodies or jackets/shirts with pockets
- Don't be late for exam. Entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.

The Consortium of NLUs conducts the CLAT Exam from 2 pm to 4 pm. The exam is held only in one slot. There are no shifts in CLAT Exam. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode.
