The KLEE 2026 Counselling Phase 3 option registration process for vacant seats is closing tomorrow, September 18. Candidates can fill the Phase 3 choice-filling form till 10 AM online at cee.kerala.gov.in for both 3-year and 5 year LLB programmes.
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala will close the KLEE 2026 Counselling Phase 3 option entry tomorrow, September 18. CEE Kerala is organising a special phase for the vacant seat allotment process. It aims to fill the remaining seats left after the primary rounds of centralised allotments for the Integrated Five Year LL.B Course as well as the three-year LLB programme.
According to the latest notification, the last date to finalise college order is September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Candidates who secured a valid rank in the KLEE 2026 entrance exam can participate in the counselling process and complete the Kerala Law counselling 2026 phase 3 choice filling process before the deadline. They must complete their submissions on the official portal, i.e. cee.kerala.gov.in, before the system locks automatically. Students must note that if a seat is assigned in this round, any previous college admission will stand cancelled immediately.

CEE Kerala has released a separate category–wise list in KLEE 2026 for Community reservation, Special reservation, Persons with Disabilities, and EWS reservation. Candidates are advised to verify the various merit/category lists published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and satisfy themselves regarding their position in the list, such as inclusion under different categories, eligibility for communal/special reservation, etc.
The documents required to produce at the time of KLEE admission process date sheet and date of birth certificate. Other documents include passing certificate and eligibility proof.
Students must understand that seats received in this vacant seat process cannot be altered or upgraded. Furthermore, any candidate who gets an allotment in this round becomes ineligible to join any subsequent counselling rounds. If any vacancies remain after this cycle, the university will conduct a separate stray vacancy round later.
