MH CET Law Counselling 2026: CET Cell Releases Institute Level Guidelines; Form Editing and New Registration Dates Out

MH CET Law Counselling 2026 for 3 year and 5 year LLB courses is underway. CET Cell has issued new guidelines for the final institutional-level Round IV schedule. Eligible candidates must submit fresh college options within the specific registration deadlines. Read further to know more. 

MH CET Law Counselling 2026: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the instructions and schedule for the institutional-level Round IV of admissions. This final round covers both the LLB 3-year institutional Round IV and the 5 year LLB CAP application form process for the academic year 2026-27. Candidates who missed earlier deadlines or want to try for vacant seats can now participate in the MH CET Law counselling process. The authority allows new registrations as well as editing options for existing applications. 

This is the fourth and final institutional-level round of admissions for Law admissions in Maharashtra. It will be conducted at the level of the admitting colleges according to the system-generated merit lists on the official website.

MH CET Law 2026 Counselling Dates for 3 Yr & 5 Yr LLB

Candidates must note that for the 5-Year LLB course, new registrations and application editing are open from September 26, 2026, to September 28, 2026. Meanwhile, the 3-Year LLB course window starts on September 27, 2026, and closes on September 29, 2026. 

Maharashtra Law Admission 2026: Mandatory Fresh Choices Required for Round IV

An important notice regarding MH CET Law institutional round guidelines highlights that older entries are now invalid. College options filled by candidates during Round III or any previous rounds will not be considered. It is mandatory for all candidates to select and submit fresh college choices if they wish to participate in this final round.
