AIBE next exam date 2026 is expected to be in December. The Bar Council of India will conduct AIBE exam twice from this year. Law graduates waiting for AIBE next exam 2026 can expect the AIBE 22 notification to be released in August/ September 2026. While the Bar Council of India (BCI) has not yet announced the official schedule for AIBE 22, experts indicates that the AIBE 22 exam may be conducted in December 2026. Candidates planning to get the Certificate of Practice (CoP) should keep checking official AIBE website to know the notification and registration details once released.

The AIBE 21 exam was conducted on June 7, 2026. After BCI's decision to conduct examinations twice a year, candidates are now waiting for updates on AIBE next exam date 2026.

When Will AIBE 22 Registration Begin?

AIBE 22 application form is expected to be released in September 2026 following official notification. Eligible candidates will be able to submit their application forms online at allindiabarexamination.com. The registration process is likely to remain open for a month. 

Who Can Apply for AIBE 22?

Candidates who have a 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB degree from a recognised institution. The student should be enrolled with a state bar council. Final-year law students without pending backlogs can also apply.
