CAT 2024 registration and application process is underway. Candidates can fill the online form at the iimcat.ac.in website. The CAT 2024 registration last date is September 13, 2024. So, candidates must submit their CAT application form 2024 before that. IIM Calcutta may extend the CAT registration 2024 deadline by a week, but aspirants should not wait any further and fill the form if they haven’t already.
CAT 2024 registration started on August 1, 2024. This year, the CAT exam will be held across 170 cities on November 24, 2024. There is no change in CAT syllabus or exam pattern. However, the CAT fee has been increased this year too.
Post the closure of CAT 2024 registration window, the form correction link will be activated. It will be live for 2-3 days, during which candidates will be able to edit their photo, signature and test city option.
CAT 2024 Registration and Application Process
CAT 2024 application process is online and includes – login creation, form filling and fee payment. Candidates can select in the form, upto 5 cities for test centre allotment. Check below the process in brief:
- Visit the official website: iimcat.ac.in
- Click on 'new candidate registration'
- Enter name, date of birth, nationality, phone number and email ID
- Verify CAT 2024 registration with OTP received in email and phone number
- Log in with CAT 2024 ID shared via email to fill the form
- Enter personal and academic details
- Upload a passport size photo and scanned signature
- Select preferred IIMs, courses and test cities
- Pay CAT application fee and complete the process
