CAT 2024 registration cum application process will end today. Candidates who haven’t submitted their CAT application form 2024 must do so by 5:00 pm. The fee payment is also to be done by the same time.
The CAT 2024 application form can be filled at the iimcat.ac.in. To register for CAT 2024, candidates have to create a login ID with their name, date of birth, nationality, email id and phone number. Those who have already registered, can simply login and complete the remaining steps of form submission.
IIM Calcutta will be conducting the CAT 2024 on November 24, 2024 in three sessions. The exam will be held in about 170 cities across India. Candidates can select test city preference in the CAT application form 2024.
CAT 2024 Registration and Application Process
CAT 2024 registration and application form can be filled at the iimcat.ac.in website only. Check below the process:
- Open CAT 2024 official website: iimcat.ac.in
- Click on 'new candidate registration'
- Enter name and other details to register
- Verify registration with OTP received in email and phone number
- Enter personal and academic details in the form
- Upload a passport size photo and scanned signature
- Select preferred IIMs, courses and test cities
- Pay CAT application fee via debit/credit card or netbanking
CAT 2024 application fee is INR 2500 for General category students and INR 1250 for SC/ST/OBC. The exam fee is to be paid at the time of CAT form submission only. Until the fee is paid successfully, candidate’s CAT 2024 registration will not be confirmed.

CAT application process 2024 began on August 1, 2024 at the iimcat.ac.in website. The registration process ends on September 20, 2024.
The schedule of CAT 2024 registration cum application was announced on July 28, 2024 at the iimcat.ac.in website. The notification for CAT 2024 was released at the IIMCAT websites and in all national newspapers. The last date to submit CAT application form 2024 was September 13, 2024 but was later extended to September 20, 2024.
