GIM Admissions 2022: Goa Institute of Management (GIM) has increased its seat intake from 480 to 540 seats. According to the official press note, the new batch of 2022 β 24 will enroll 540 students across its various programmes. Students interested in GIM Admissions 2022 must note that the management institute has commenced the application process for the academic year 2022-24 on October 7 and the process will continue until early January of 2022.
Commenting on the increased seat intake, GIM, Director, said,βAfter 11 years we are increasing the intake capacity of our flagship PGDM programme from 240 to 300. The total number of students we will be taking in for all our full-time PGDM programs this year will be a little over 540 students, up from 480 last year.β
Apart from its flagship program, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), GIM offers various programmes such as Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (PGDM (HCM) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Big Data Analytics (PGDM (BDA).
GIM introduced PGDM-BDA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Banking Insurance Financial Services (PGDM β BIFS) with an aim to develop future-ready, data-fluent managers prepared to handle the next stage of data-driven decision making
After conducting virtual classes for over a year due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the management school has now commenced classes in a blended mode. GIM has started inviting students back at campus. However, in order to attend classes via offline mode, students have to be fully vaccinated and submit a vaccination certificate, negative RT-PCR test report and sign an undertaking to follow quarantine norms as well as COVID-19 protocols prior to returning to campus.
