Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 exam for admission to MBA programmes offered by the university. This is the IGNOU OPENMAT XLVIII phase exam. The IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 application process has commenced on March 3. The last date of application is March 15. The application process is completely online and the application fee has to be paid through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking. The eligibility criteria for IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 are as follows:

• Candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognised institute with minimum 50 per cent aggregate (45 per cent for reserved category candidates)

• Final year candidates are also eligible to apply

• There is no age limit for application

How to Apply for IGNOU OPENMAT 2021

• Candidates have to visit the official website of IGNOU

• Click on the tab ‘Register Now’

• Enter personal, academic and other academic details

• Candidates’ login credentials or username and password will be generated and shared with them through email and SMS

• Upload photograph and signature

• Pay the application fee (which will depend on the number of programmes they are applying for)

• Click on ‘Submit’ and take the printout of the application confirmation page

IGNOU OPENMAT is a computer-based test of three-hours duration. The exam is conducted twice a year. The exam will be conducted in 106 cities across India.
