IIM Indore and TikTok join hands to create education module

IIM Indore and TikTok are going to lead a nationwide conversation and dialogue series along with the faculty and students on accountable leadership. They are trying to motivate people to bring about ideas to make the strategy work better for people. The impetus of the partnership will remain on crafting state-of-the-art unique education module for top business school students, government officers, smart city CEOs, mid-career senior management professionals, bureaucrats, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs to prepare them for management challenges of the future and digital disruption.

IIM Indore and TikTok are ideating joint workshops and training on utilising the internet efficiently and safely. They also plan to conduct hackathons for law enforcement agencies, government departments, and government schemes enforcing associates. The partnership also aims to promote better governance solutions for citizens, capacity building of government departments, digital wellbeing, spread awareness on the impact of short-form video storytelling in marketing and business management, negotiation, enhancing job creation, and skilling.

IIM Indore aspires to be a world-class, socially conscious, contextually relevant organisation and this partnership is in line with that. Moreover, TikTok and IIM Indore will join forces to help in the expansion of Digital India mission of a completely empowered and associated India. And this will be done by means of capacity building, digital literacy workshops and organise many hackathons across states. It has a target of involving the youth to bring tech or non-tech solutions and yield better governance and e-delivery solutions.
