
More than 580 offers secured across PGP and PGP-ABM programs
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has announced completion of summer placement process for 2025-2027 batch. More than 580 offers were made to Post Graduate Programme (PGP) students and Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP ABM) students.
IIM Lucknow I its placement report has reported that highest stipend recorded this year is Rs 3.95 lakhs per month and highest international stipend offered is Rs 2.5 lakhs per month. The average stipend recorded is Rs 1.67 lakhs per month, compared to Rs 1.43 lakhs per month offered last year. The median stipend recorded this year is Rs 1.72 lakhs per month in comparison to Rs 1.50 lakhs per month previous year.
The top 50 percent of the batch has secured an average stipend of Rs 2.18 lakhs per month.
Prof. Prem Prakash Dewani, Placement Chairperson, IIM Lucknow talking about this year’s placement, said: "This year we witnessed a commendable summer placement drive, with participation from marquee firms across diverse domains. The success of the drive stands as a testament to the exceptional talent pool that IIM Lucknow nurtures.” “We remain committed to strengthening our industry partnerships and building on this legacy of excellence in the years to come,” he added.
IIM Lucknow’s 2025-27 batch includes 187 freshers and 345 students with substantial prior work experience across various sectors. A statement by IIM-L stated that this mix of fresh talent and seasoned professionals helped students secure positions in different sectors, including Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Operations & Retail, and e-Commerce, among others.
A key highlight of this year’s Summer Placement drive was the participation of Adani, with conglomerate offering its selected interns a tuition waiver in addition to a competitive stipend.
IIM-L summer placement process was joined by major legacy recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, Marico, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co., Media.net, MMT, Pidilite, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services, and VISA, reaffirming their continued trust in IIM Lucknow’s students.
In addition, several first-time recruiters participated in the process as well. These included Barclays (RSG), CRISIL, D.E.
