Karnataka PGCET 2019 option entry and seat matrix has been released. Candidates can check below the process of option entry.
Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has activated the option entry link for Karnataka PGCET counselling 2019. The option entry facility is available till September 4. Besides, the seat matrix for first round has also been released for MBA, MCA and MTech programmes. Earlier, the option entry entry and seat matrix was scheduled to be released on August 30. However, it has been delayed by a day.
The document verification of Karnataka PGCET counselling has been extended. Candidates who have not verified their documents can attend the document verification in any KEA helpline centres with all original documents on September 3, 2019 between 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The mock allotment will be published on September 5, 2019. The real seat allotment result of Karnataka PGCET will be released on September 7, 2019.
How to enter options for Karnataka PGCET counselling 2019?
The process to enter options is explained below –
- Visit the official website of KEA
- In the home page, candidates will find PGCET 2019 option entry link
- Candidates need to enter PGCET number and Captcha code
- The option entry panel will open where candidates can enter their preferences of colleges as per the seat matrix

Candidates who have completed their verification are eligible to appear in option entry process. Candidates need to enter the course or college of their choice from the available seats. Candidates are required to enter the options for all disciplines at once. There is no limit for entry of options.
The options recorded in the server on the last day of option entry will be frozen. Only the frozen options will be considered for seat allotment. Candidates are advised to take printout of the options entered by them.
