MICA GE PI 2021 Shortlist Declared

MICA Ahmedabad has released the shortlist for the final admission rounds of the academic year 2021-23 on February 23. Although the original date for releasing the MICA GE PI shortlist was February 19, it was postponed till February 23. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds to be held between March 9 and March 21. The final selection rounds of MICAT will be conducted in the MICA Ahmedabad campus, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. The shortlist of candidates has taken place on the basis of candidates’ performance in MICAT and national level MBA entrance exams such as CAT 2020 or XAT 2021 or GMAT.

How to Check MICA GE & PI Shortlist

Candidates have to follow the below steps to check their shortlist status of MICA GE and PI.

  • Visit the official website of MICA

  • Click on the link indicating GE & PI Shortlist

  • Enter MICA Application Number

  • Click on 'Get Result'
  • Check the status

MICA Final Selection Criteria

The final selection list or merit list for MICA PGDM and PGDM-Communication (PGDM-C) programmes will take place on the following factors.

Among CAT, XAT and GMAT, the best of the submitted scores will be considered. For candidates who have appeared for both MICAT I and MICAT II, the best of the scores would be considered. Those candidates who appear for the GE and PI rounds must be recommended by the majority of panellists of PI in order to get selected in the final merit list.

MICAT I and MICAT II were conducted in a computer-based mode in 48 cities across India on December 5, 2020, and January 30, 2021, respectively. MICAT II scorecard was released on February 15, although the original date was February 14. The academic session is expected to commence in July 2021.
