On account of the COVID-19 pandemic, the exam was conducted amid adequate safety norms. Candidates had to wear masks throughout the duration spent inside the exam centre and had to carry their personal transparent water bottle and hand sanitiser (50 ml). Apart from these and the MICAT II admit card and photo identity cards, nothing else was permitted to be carried inside the exam hall. The test centre authorities also ensured that the social distancing norms are maintained properly in terms of entry, exit and seating arrangement.

The MICAT II result will be declared on February 14. For candidates who had appeared for MICAT I as well, the best of the two scores will be considered by MICA for final admission. The final admission will take place on the basis of candidates’ performance in Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI). The GE PI shortlist will be declared on February 19. The GE and PI rounds will be conducted from March 9 to March 21 in the MICA Ahmedabad campus and in Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
