Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, has scheduled the TG ICET 2026 result declaration for today. This year, more than 56,000 candidates applied for the TS ICET exam. Of all applicants, unreserved category candidates who score equal to or above 25 per cent marks, i.e. 50 out of 200, pass the Telangana ICET exam.

Mahatma Gandhi University will release TS ICET 2026 result at 3:30 PM, today. Candidates scoring 25 per cent marks will pass the TG ICET exam. Check complete details here.

TS ICET 2026 Passing Marks

TS ICET 2026 Qualifying Marks

Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, has scheduled the TG ICET 2026 result declaration for today. This year, more than 56,000 candidates applied for the TS ICET exam. Of all applicants, unreserved category candidates who score equal to or above 25 per cent marks, i.e. 50 out of 200, pass the Telangana ICET exam. There is no minimum qualifying marks for reserved category candidates. All qualified candidates receive a TGICET rank and are marked eligible for the Telangana MBA admission process.

Meeting the TG ICET qualifying cutoff does not guarantee MBA/MCA admissions in Telangana. Candidates are still required to meet the admission cutoffs to get a seat allotment.

The respective participating institute defines TG ICET last ranks for admission. Consolidated TS ICET last rank statement from previous admission cycle is released during the counselling process.

TG ICET Tie Breaking Criteria and Rank Allotment

TGCHE allots a rank to the qualified candidates based on their normalised scores. In case two or more candidates have an identical normalised score, a tie breaking criteria helps define a rank. TS ICET 2026 tie breaking criteria is as follows:

  1. Candidate who has a higher score in Section A of TGICET exam is considered for a better rank.

  2. In case normalised score of Section A is same, section B marks are considered to decide TGICET rank.

  3. If scores in both Section A and B are identical, TGICET rank will be allotted based on age. Elder candidate is preferred for the rank allotment.

In cases where reserved category candidate has secured 0 marks, TGICET rank will be allotted directly based on the age.
