TISS, Mumbai has announced a revised schedule of PI round for admission to 2020-21 academic session. Read on to know more details
The Tata Institute of Social sciences, Mumbai has revamped the TISSNET admission process and issued a revised schedule for TISSNET counselling. The institute has scrapped the Pre-interview Test round for this year and it will only be conducting online interviews for final selection of candidates. The registration for online personal interview is underway and it is scheduled to end on June 02. Earlier, the varsity had scheduled the PIT/PI round, from March 11 to April 13, which had to be cancelled in the middle due to coronavirus outbreak.

TISS Selection Process
The varsity has also restructured the selection process for the upcoming academic session and has done away with any requirement of physical participation of candidates for selection rounds.
Stage 1: Shortlisting of Candidates
Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in TISSNET 2020. Candidates’ selection depends on the number of seats per course, number of applicants along with the score of the candidates. Qualified candidates will asked to participate in the personal interview round , which will be held in online mode only.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
The institute has announced a revised schedule for online interviews for its respective campuses. During this round, candidates will be assessed based on their interpersonal skills, understanding of the programme and academic records
Stage 3: Final Score Aggregation
