Two Days for IGNOU MBA 2022 Registration; Apply Now

IGNOU MBA registrations are closing in two days, candidates must apply now for direct MBA admissions to the national open university.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) started the registration for MBA admission under the January 2022 session on December 25. With the cancellation of GNOU OPENMAT for January 2022 session, IGNOU has been offering direct MBA admissions. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and submitting the admission form before the last date are eligible for the MBA course. Candidates filling out the form are required to add necessary details along with the upload of eligibility documents, and payment of admission fee.

The application form is to be filled out for admission to the School of Management Studies (SOMS), IGNOU. The deadline has been extended several times now. With the COVID-19 cases stabilising, no more extensions are expected moving forward.

How to apply for IGNOU MBA Admissions 2022?

Candidates interested in the MBA programme at IGNOU need to follow the steps mentioned below to register:

1. Visit the IGNOU’s official admission website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in
2. Enter the username and password to log in and fill in the details. For new registration, candidates must fill the basic details and create the login credentials
3. Fill in the application form after the email verification
4. Upload the eligibility documents, photograph and signature in the prescribed format
5. Pay the admission fee for the first semester along with the processing fee

Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU MBA Admission

To pursue the master's degree course, candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree. All the unreserved category candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent. While the reserved category candidates must obtain a minimum of 45 per cent. There will be no OPENMAT exam this year. Therefore, the selection shall be based on the fulfilment of eligibility conditions.
