UPESMET 2020 Conducted on August 14

The UPESMET 2020 exam for its eighth phase has been conducted on August 14. UPES Dehradun conducts the UPESMET exam for the admission to its MBA programmes. The 2.5 hours Internet-Based Test (IBT) is conducted in proctored mode. Candidates can take the test from their homes or any other location of their convenience. The exam is conducted in a window of four hours, from 10 am to 2 pm. The application process for this phase had ended on August 12.

Candidates have to log in to the UPESMET 2020 exam portal with the credentials they received after applying for the exam. After successfully signing in to the system, they will be able to view the question paper. They have to complete the paper within 2.5 hours or 150 minutes. There is no sectional time limit or specific order to be maintained while taking the test.

UPESMET 2020 Exam Pattern

As per the UPESMET exam pattern, the test consists of 140 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each carrying 1 mark. There is no negative marking scheme for wrong answers or un-attempted questions. The sections of the exam are General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability; Quantitative: Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency; General Awareness: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario and Analytical & Logical Reasoning.
The UPESMET 2020 result is expected to be declared by the last week of August. UPES Dehradun conducts the test multiple times in a year. MBA aspirants planning to study in UPES Dehradun get can also apply through other national-level MBA entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT and GMAT.
