The schedule for WAT,GD and PI rounds has been announced. Here is how you can download your call letter.

Xavier’s University Bhubneshwar has announced the schedule for Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for candidates seeking admission to MBA programme at the varsity. Candidates who have secured minimum cut off in X-GMT 2020 or have obtained the requisite marks in XAT/CAT/GMAT exams can visit XUB’s official website and download their call letters by logging in with their XUB id and date of birth. The entrance exam was conducted on January 25 and X-GMT result was declared on Feb 06. WAT & PI rounds will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

How to download X-GMT Call letter for WAT,GD, PI round

  • Visit XUB’s official website
  • Click on the WAT, GD, PI schedule tab
  • A page with XUB id and DoB will appear on the screen
  • Enter the required details
  • Download Call letter
  • Take a print out

The call letter will carry candidate’s name, XUB id, date of birth, XGMT score along with the schedule and venue of the examination. Candidates must note that call letter will not be sent via post and it must be produced at the GD/PI centre. The varsity will not bear the cost of candidates’ travel/stay expenses for appearing in WAT, GD & PI rounds

The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Admission Test, Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, past academic record and relevant work experience and other relevant factors, if any. The selected candidates will be informed through mail by the first week of April 2020.
