Kerala NEET UG Round 2 Choice Filling Last Date 2024 Extended; Know Revised Counselling Schedule
Kerala NEET UG 2024 choice filling and locking last date for round 2 MBBS, BDS admission has been extended till September 24, 2024, up to 12 PM and the seat allotment results will be announced on September 25, 2024, including details of selected candidates.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has extended the Kerala NEET 2024 round 2 counselling choice filling and locking last date at the official website. Students who have not yet completed the choice filling and locking process for Kerala NEET UG round 2 counselling 2024 can now complete their preference and submit it till September 24, 2024 (up to 12 PM).
Students can apply for second phase option confirmation for MBBS/ BDS courses from the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. Once the Kerala NEET UG round 2 counselling choice filling and locking process is completed the authorities will publish provisional allotment to MBBS and BDS courses on September 25, 2024, while the final allotment will be announced on September 27, 2024.

Besides, students who wish to vacate the seats allotted in the round 1 counselling process can vacate their seats on or before September 23, 2024 (up to 5 PM) and they will not be considered for further rounds of centralised allotment for MBBS and BDS course. The authorities are conducting a counselling process for students willing to get admission in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses for 85% of state quota seats for admission in medical and dental colleges in Kerala.

The NEET counselling registration fee varies for different candidate categories. For the AIQ seats and Central Universities, the fee for the General category candidates is INR 1,000 and for the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category candidates, the fee is INR 500. For participating in the NEET counselling process for Deemed Universities, the registration fee for all category candidates is INR 5,000. The registration fee is non-refundable. On the other hand, candidates will have to pay the tuition fee which is refundable. The amount for the General category candidates for the AIQ seats and Central Universities is INR 10,000. For the reserved category candidates, the amount is INR 5,000. For Deemed Universities, the tuition fee to be paid by all category candidates is INR 2,00,000. Those who would not be allotted a seat after the NEET counselling process will be refunded the tuition fee after the conclusion of the counselling rounds.
