Kerala NEET Counselling Dates 2025 (Round 2 Out): Registration & Other Schedule

Yes, there is a separate fee amount levied for option registration or choice filling or selecting multiple courses in the Kerala NEET counselling process. Candidates have to pay INR 5,000 for the option registration process. The registration fee of those candidates who get a seat in Government Medical or Dental Colleges will be carried over to the Tuition Fee of the course allotted, and the registration fee of those candidates who do not get any allotment will be refunded. The registration fee for those candidates who get an allotment in Private Self-financing Medical/Dental colleges will be refunded to candidates after the closing date of admission, provided he/she has taken admission. 

Only those candidates who will register for the Kerala NEET counselling process will be able to fill and lock choices. After logging in, they will have to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule. Before selecting the colleges or courses, they must check the seat matrix and shortlist the colleges to opt for. 

There is no limit on the number of choices that a candidate can fill during the counselling of Kerala NEET. These choices, however, should be in the order of preference as desired by the candidate. It must be noted choices have to be locked in the given deadline other it gets automatically locked. Candidates are advised to fill choices carefully as it can't be modified once the timeframe ends. Seats will be allotted based on choice declared by candidates and other factors. 

The average annual fee for MBBS course in a government medical college of Kerala is around INR 25,000. On the other hand, the average annual fee for MBBS course in a private medical college of Kerala is around INR 6,00,000. The fee aount mentioned here is based on last year's fee amount. The amount may get changed this year. 

The Kerala NEET 2025 counselling application correction window was opened by the CEE Kerala on June 28, 2025. The last date to make corrections is July 3, 2025, till 12 noon. 

No, CEE does not accept the scores of any other entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses. Admissions through Kerala NEET counselling will be based on the marks obtained in NEET UG exam only.

Originally, the Kerala NEET 2025 counselling registration process started on February 20, 2025. The Kerala NEET counselling rank list refers to the merit list of candidates who have registered for the state counselling and have fulfilled the eligibility criteria. The rank list or the merit list is released in PDF format, which contains candidates' names, NEET Roll Number, State Rank, All India Rank and Score obtained out of 720. At first CEE Kerala releases a provisional rank list, against which candidates can submit grievances or objections through email.
