Last Date of NEET Application Form 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) is accepting online applications for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for undergraduates for the academic session 2026. The NEET 2026 registration last date is March 8, 2026. Eligible and interested students can apply online before the last date to get admission in UG medical courses across India.   • Click on the new candidate registration link.
  • Enter details as requested for initial registration.
  • Enter the required details and generate the password.
  • Log in again and fill the NEET 2026 application form.
  • Pay the NEET UG 2026 registration fees.
  • Submit and save the page.

Will NTA Extend NEET 2026 Registration Last Date? 

NTA may extend the Last Date of NEET Application Form 2026.  However, students are advised not to wait for the deadline extension and apply at the earliest to avoid any delay. NTA usually extends the registration last date, but there is no guarantee of the same. Hence, filling the application form at the earliest will save students from wasting one year.
