NEET 2026 Exam Date Soon: How Many Marks Required in 12th for MBBS, BDS Admission?

National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam 2026 (NEET) tentatively on May 3, 2026. Every year over 20 lakh candidates appear for NEET UG exam to get admission in MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and BSc Nursing courses across India. Students who are willing to appear for NEET UG 2026 exam must ensure they are eligible to appear for the exam.
NEET UG 2026 eligibility criteria will be released by the authorities at neet.nta.nic.in. The eligibility criteria of NEET 2026 will be mentioned in the information brochure. Students must note that no change is expected in the NEET 2026 eligibility criteria. However, in case of any change, students will be able to check the updated eligibility criteria in the NEET UG 2026 information brochure.

The duration of NEET exam is three hours. The exam timing is 2 PM to 5 PM. Test takers needed to report to the exam centre latest by 1 PM. They could not leave the exam hall before 5 PM.
There will be NEET exam in 2026. The NEET UG exam is usually conducted on the first subday of May. It is likely that the NEET 2026 exam will be held on May 3. However, the NTA has not announced the dates and schedule as of now.
