National Testing Agency (NTA) has released NEET 2026 Information Brochure (Bulletin) at its website. NTA NEET 2026 brochure has been released online at neet.nta.nic.in. NEET UG 2026 exam cycle has begun after release of information bulletin. Students seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and other allied medical courses have to appear for NEET UG 2026 exam and secure marks more than qualifying percentile to get admission.
According to bulletin, NEET 2026 registration portal will be available from February 8 to March 8, 2026 at neet.nta.nic.in. Eligible candidates will have nearly one month to apply online. However, students are suggested not to wait for NEET 2026 registration last date and complete the needful before deadline. Brochure confirms that NEET 2026 exam date is scheduled for May 3, 2026. The exam will remain an offline, pen-and-paper-based test conducted in multiple languages.
To ensure a smooth registration process, NTA recently issued a document advisory. NTA has advised students to update their Aadhaar cards, UDID cards, and category certificates at earliest to prevent verification issues.

The NTA has not released the NEET 2026 exam city list yet. The number of exam cities will be known after the release of NEET notification 2026. However, the NTA removed five cities from the list in 2025. The five cities which were removed from the NEET exam city list were Surampelam (Andhra Pradesh), Deoghar (Madhya Pradesh), Basar (Arunachal Pradesh), Mamit (Mizoram) and Kiphrie (Nagaland).
The NTA released the NEET UG 2026 notification on February 8, 2026. The notification has been released with the information bulletin containing the exam dates and details. Students need to go through the notification before filling out the NEET UG form 2026.
The duration of NEET exam is three hours. The exam timing is 2 PM to 5 PM. Test takers needed to report to the exam centre latest by 1 PM. They could not leave the exam hall before 5 PM.
Furthermore, NEET 2026 syllabus PDF is now available for download. This updated syllabus, based on NMC's latest recommendations, is aligned with NCERT Class 11 and 12 curriculum. Students willing to apply for NEET UG 2026 must ensure they are eligible. Regarding NEET 2026 eligibility criteria, there is no upper age limit for candidates. Students must be a minimum of 17 years old by December 31, 2026.
