NEET PG 2021: NBE releases notification for Test Centres, check details here
NBE has clarified about selection and allotment of NEET PG 2021 test centres in the application form. Allotment of test centres will be done on the basis of first come first service. Read to know more details.
The National Board of Examination has released an official notification regarding test centre selection in the NEET PG 2021 application form. Candidates will have to select the city of preference for NEET PG 2021 entrance test while submitting the online application form. The choice of the city will depend upon the availability of test centres in a particular city and the allotment will be done on the basis of first come first service, the notification said.
Candidates must note that in case of the testing seat is not available in any particular State/UT in which a candidate prefers to appear for NEET PG 2021 exam, he/she will have to select others as an option from the list of States/UTs. NBE has given an assurance that the exam conducting body will try to allot test centre in the State of correspondence address of a candidate who has chosen others as an option in the NEET PG 2021 application form. But if a candidate doesn’t get the testing centre in the same state due to any reason, they will be allotted testing seat in the nearby State. Candidates who have selected others as an option in the application form will get to know about the testing city by March 25, 2021.
The number of test centres has been increased for NEET PG 2021. On February 23, 2021 the NBE had released the updated list of NEET PG 2021 exam cities. The total number of centres has become 255 this time, an addition of 90 in the total number of centres in 2020 session. Details of the exam centre will be mentioned in the NEET PG 2021 admit card which will be released on April 12.
NEET PG 22021 admit card will have crucial details like date of birth, address of NEET PG exam centres 2021 allotted to candidate, and other exam day guidelines. Candidates are advised to visit the exam centre allotted to them a day before the exam in order to have an idea of the route, distance, and availability of transport. On February 23, 2021 the NBE had released the updated list of NEET PG 2021 exam cities.
