The NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round choice filling process last date has been extended to November 11, 2025, 11.55 PM. The choice locking window will be activated from 4 PM to 11.55 PM. The extension has been made due to a change in the seat matrix.
The NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round choice filling process last date has been extended to November 11, 2025, 11.55 PM. The choice locking window will be activated from 4 PM to 11.55 PM. Originally, the last date of choice filling and locking was November 9, 2025, which has been extended by two days.
Although the Medical Counselling Committee has not stated any reason for this extension of the date, it can be assumed that the date has been changed due to the addition of an MBBS seat to the seat matrix of the NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 4.
NEET UG Counselling 2025 Online Stray Vacancy Round Seat Matrix
As per the notification dated November 7, 2025, one MBBS seat has been added in Govt. Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, in the All India Quota and OBC PwD category. Apart from that, the total number of seats available in this round in the MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing courses is 1,232.

The seat allotment result for the NEET 2025 Counselling Round 4 was scheduled for November 12, 2025, which is likely to be postponed further. MCC has not announced the updated dates for result and institute reporting yet.
