The NEET UG 2026 re-exam is scheduled to be held on June 21. To ensure leak-proof and error-free conduct of the exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) and Central Government have implemented several security measures, such as Telegram ban, transport of papers through IAF helicopters, paper setters lockdown, CAPF deployment, and layered security checks at exam centres. The aim behind NTA RE NEET 2026 security measures is to prevent paper leak or any other fraud that was witnessed in the conduct of the exam earlier in May. Telegram Ban till June 22

The Central Government has banned the Telegram app in India until June 22 to ensure leak-proof conduct of the exam.

IAF Helicopters for NEET Question Papers Transport

The Government roped in the helicopters of the Indian Air Force, IAF to deliver the Re NEET question papers. The IAF has already airlifted papers to different locations.

Lockdown of NEET Paper Setters

The NEET paper setters have been put under strict lockdown till the exam date to prevent any leaks. They do not have access to mobile phones or internet.

CAPF Deployment

The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel have been deployed at the exam centres for security purposes. Moroever, two CAPF forces, namely CRPF and CISF are involved in the security during transportation of papers.
