NEET UG Exam Date 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release NEET UG 2026 Notification PDF shortly. Over 20 lakh students are asking, "Is NEET 2026 form out?". However, NTA is yet to announce NEET 2026 registration date. Last year, application process started on February 7. Based on this analysis, it is expected that NTA NEET UG 2026 Application Form Date could be announced today, February 7, 2026.

Expected NEET 2026 Exam Date
NTA’s usual pattern is to conduct the exam on first Sunday of May. Hence, NEET 2026 Exam Date is tentatively expected for May 3, 2026. The exam will be conducted in the offline (pen-and-paper) format, in 13 languages across India and some international cities.

NEET UG 2026: Important Tips for Students

The NTA has not released the NEET 2026 exam city list yet. The number of exam cities will be known after the release of NEET notification 2026. However, the NTA removed five cities from the list in 2025. The five cities which were removed from the NEET exam city list were Surampelam (Andhra Pradesh), Deoghar (Madhya Pradesh), Basar (Arunachal Pradesh), Mamit (Mizoram) and Kiphrie (Nagaland).
The NTA released the NEET UG 2026 notification on February 8, 2026. The notification has been released with the information bulletin containing the exam dates and details. Students need to go through the notification before filling out the NEET UG form 2026.
The duration of NEET exam is three hours. The exam timing is 2 PM to 5 PM. Test takers needed to report to the exam centre latest by 1 PM. They could not leave the exam hall before 5 PM.
Before the NEET UG 2026 registration link becomes active on neet.nta.nic.in 2026, candidates must ensure their Aadhaar card details are updated. Students must also keep debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ UPI details ready to pay the application fee before the deadline.
