Union Ayush Minister Commemorates First Foundation Day of AIIA Goa Campus with release of Commemorative Postal Stamp

The AIIA Goa, spanning a vast 50-acre campus, is meticulously modeled after its counterpart in Delhi. Its mission is to provide advanced preventive, diagnostic, and tertiary healthcare facilities.

Union Minister Sarbanada Sonowal, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways & Ministry of Ayush marked the first foundation day of the All India Institute of Ayurveda, Goa by releasing a commemorative postal stamp in the august of Dr Munjapara Mahendrabhai, Minister of State Ministry of Ayush & Ministry of Women and child development and Vd. Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary Ministry of Ayush. 

The significant event, jointly organized by the All India Institute of Ayurveda and India Post, took place at the Transport Bhawan in New Delhi. Among the distinguished guests present at the program were AIIA Director Prof (Dr) Tanuja Manoj Nesari, AIIA Goa Dean Prof (Dr) Sujata Kadam, Indian Post DG smita kumar name and RS Manku , CMD, Andrew Yule and other distinguish along with other dignitaries. The satellite center in Goa was dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year.

“I want to congratulate All India Institute of Ayurveda team. To mark the first foundation day of the All India Institute of Ayurveda’s Goa we are releasing a commemorative postal stamp. Today we are more confident. We are aiming to become top three country by 2047 under the guidance of PM Modi and we will become self reliant country. We are doing our best to become a developed country. We are determined to become best with best practises. Quality is determined for the better holistic health care system and AIIA is doing is also doing good. Through postal stamp AIIA has archived heights globally,” said Sarbanada Sonowal.

“The AllA Goa has recently completed one year and has earned its name in the field of Ayurveda globally. I am happy to announce that All India Institute of Ayurveda is signing an MOU with Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL). Andrew Yule & Co. The signing of MOU marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to further our understanding of the holistic benefits that tea can offer,” said Mahendra Bhai Munjapara, MOS, Ayush & Women & Child development Minister. 

“The Ministry of Ayush is progressing in all directions under the guidance of our honourable PM Shri Narendra Modiji. The Prime Minister has praised Ministry of Ayush in Mann ki Baat, out of 100% he praised us 34%, this shows we are working in the right direction,” said Vd. Rajesh kotecha, Secretary Ministry of Ayush.

The center is committed to fostering New-age Ayurveda among the younger generation, with the assurance from the Union Ayush Minister that the future of Ayurveda is secure in the hands of young scholars.

“Modiji, our Ministers and Ministry of Ayush, AIIA would help AYCL for modification in composition of various teas to Enhance health benefits. This will help to establish wellness range of teas in health and wellness centers. The collaboration will help in building the entrepreneurship and boost startup ecosystem,” said Prof. (Dr) Tanuja Nesari, Director AIIA.
