UP NEET PG Counselling 2025

UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, has released the list of ineligible candidates under UP NEET PG 2025 counselling process for MD, MS admissions across the state. As per the UP NEET PG ineligible candidates list 2025, a total of 148 candidates have been debarred from participating in the counselling process for the state quota 50% PG medical admissions across the state. 

Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Postgraduate (NEET PG) exam and are willing to get admission in MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses at 50% State Quota seats in Uttar Pradesh are required to fulfil the admission criteria in order to get admission to the PG medical courses in Uttar Pradesh state. However, the UP NEET PG 2025 counselling list of ineligible candidates highlights the candidates who either failed to join or resigned from MD, MS seats during the stray vacancy and special stray vacancy round of the previous session counselling process. The following documents are required during the UP NEET PG counselling process 2025: 

NEET PG 2025 Admit Card
Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID)
MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate
Passport-size Photographs (recent, as per specifications)
Class 10 and Class 12 Mark Sheets and Certificates
Uttar Pradesh Domicile Certificate (for state quota seats)
NEET PG 2025 Scorecard / Rank Card
Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS – if applicable)
MBBS Mark Sheets for All Years
Seat Allotment Letter (issued after allotment)
Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate
Proof of Counselling Fee Payment

UP NEET PG Counselling 2025 Begins Soon

DMET UP will begin the UP NEET PG 2025 counselling process soon. Students will be able to check the UP NEET PG counselling 2025 dates and schedule anytime shortly at the official website, upneet.gov.in. The authorities will release the round-wise counselling dates, including counselling registration dates, merit list date, choice filling dates, seat allotment dates and admission last date for each round of counselling.

Q:   What is the seat matrix for UP MBBS counselling 2025?
A:

Counseling will be held for allotment of 6,428 MBBS and 2,251 BDS seats in 32 medical and 23 dental colleges across the state. The seats will be allotted based on declared choice by candidate, availability of seats, reservation factor, NEET 2025 rank etc. A separate result PDF will be released for each round of UP NEET 2025 counselling.

A:

Choice filling for round-1 UP NEET 2025 counselling began on August 11, 2025 as per the revised schedule. Last date to declare choices was August 13, 2025. It must be noted, choices have to be locked in the given deadline. DGME, UP announced round-1 UP NEET 2025 counselling result on August 14, 2025.
