PM Modi to inaugurate Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam on 3rd-anniversary of NEP 2020

UGC Secretary Prof Manish R Joshi has said that the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam has coincided with the 3rd-anniversary celebration of NEP 2020 and is being organised at ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from July 29 to July 30, 2023.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to unveil the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam on the 3rd anniversary of the National Education Policy on July 29, 2023, in New Delhi. Now UGC Secretary Prof Manish R Joshi has said that Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam is coinciding with the 3rd anniversary of the National Education Policy.

"I am glad to share with you that the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam coinciding with 3rd anniversary of National Education Policy 2020 is being organized at ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on July 29 and July 30, 2023. On this occasion, some important initiatives are going to be launched. This event would give an opportunity to discuss, deliberate and share insights on various aspects of NEP 2020 and its implementation," he said.

"You are requested to direct all the HEIs to make arrangements to enable large number of students, teachers and staff of their respective institutions to view the live telecast/webcast and share the details of their participation in the event on the UGC's University Activity Monitoring Portal at uamp.ugc.ac.in latest by July 31, 2023, so that the same may be included in the proceedings of the Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Surugu," he added.

The two-day event is being organised by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
