Additional CSIR NET result 2019-20 has been released for candidates who had appeared for Life Sciences subject. Check details below.
The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has released additional CSIR NET 2019 result (June session) for candidates who had appeared for Life Sciences subject. As per the official notification released, CSIR NET result for June 2019 was declared on August 9, 2019. However, upon review of the key of the question number 71 of booklet code A (75 of booklet code B and 78 of booklet code C) of Life Sciences paper, option 1 has also been considered as correct.
Therefore, candidates who had chosen option 1 in the paper have been awarded marks by the council. And thus, additional candidates in Life Sciences paper for CSIR UGC NET 2019 have been declared qualified. It may be noted that candidates who had cleared the CSIR NET exam as per the result declared on August 9, 2019 remain unchanged.

Meanwhile, CSIR NET 2020 exam which was scheduled to be conducted on June 21 by National Testing Agency (NTA) was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
