CSIR NET: National Testing Agency is expected to release CSIR UGC NET June 2026 application form soon along with notification PDF. Once released, candidates can complete CSIR NET June registration and download notification at csirnet.nta.nic.in. Detailed CSIR NET 2026 notification is expected to include important information such as exam dates, application fee, age limit, syllabus, city intimation slip and admit card details.

Based on previous years’ trends, CSIR NET June 2026 exam is expected to be conducted in computer-based mode in July 2026. Exact exam dates will be confirmed only after official notification is released. CSIR UGC NET is conducted for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD programmes in science-related subjects in Indian universities and colleges.

Who Can Apply for CSIR NET 2026 June Session? 

Candidates holding an MSc or equivalent degree in science streams will be eligible to apply for CSIR NET. Final-year postgraduate students may also apply.

CSIR NET upper age limit for Junior Research Fellowship is applicable as per NTA guidelines. There is no upper age restriction for Assistant Professor eligibility.
