CSIR UGC NET Certificate 2020: document verification begins; check list of documents

CSIR UGC NET 2020 Certificate issue process has started by the CSIR HRDG. The document verification for CSIR NET e-certificate 2020 begins. Check the list of documents here.

CSIR HRDG has released an official notice regarding the issue of CSIR NET e-certificate 2020 to the candidates who qualified the June 2020 edition of the exam. As per the notice, candidates need to send self-attested copies of documents to the CSIR for verification to download their e-certificate.

Candidates who have been listed in Part-I of the CSIR NET result 2020 for JRF/LS and JRF need to undergo document verification to avail of their certificates and those who have been listed in Part II and Part III of the result need to contact the UGC or NTA for their e-certificate.

List of documents for verification

Candidates need to send the self-attested photocopies of the following documents for CSIR NET verification:

• Marks Statement (scorecard) with rank and result which is available on website csirnet.nta.nic.in
• Class 10 certificate as proof of date of birth
• Degree/provisional degree of qualifying exam/M.Sc
• Final mark sheet with the required percentage of marks
• CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/CPI etc. conversion formula of their respective University/Institute or certificate clearly stating the percentage of marks in the qualifying degree
• Bifurcation of marks in case of dual degree
• SC/ST certificate, if applicable.
• Latest OBC Caste Certificate (Non-creamy layer) as per format given in NCBC website- www.ncbc.nic.in
• PwD certificate as per Govt. of India rules.
• EWS category certificate (Income and Asset Certificate) issued by the appropriate competent authority for the financial Year 2019-2020 or 2020-21
