Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the CTET Result 2021 on February 26 at the official website. Candidates who appeared for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) can check their results online on the official website- ctet.nic.in. To download the CTET 2021 Result, candidates are required to enter their roll number. Usually, the CBSE declares the CTET result within six weeks of the exam.

CTET 2021 exam was conducted on January 31, 2021. The exam was given by the candidates who had applied for the CTET July 2020 edition. The provisional CTET Answer Key 2021 has already been released by the CBSE to invite objections from the candidates who gave the exam. Candidates were allowed to challenge the keys during February 19 – February 21, 2021, by paying a fee of Rs 1000 per question. The CBSE also released the scanned images of the OMR Answer Sheet of candidates.

What details are mentioned on CTET Result?

The CTET result will likely contain the following details:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Roll number
  • Father’s name
  • Mother’s name
  • Category
  • Subject
  • Exam qualifying status
  • Marks secured in each subject of CTET exam
  • Total scores obtained in CTET

What are the minimum qualifying marks for CTET 2021?

General category candidates need to obtain minimum 60 per cent marks, that is, 90 out of 150 marks to qualify the CTET exam. On the other hand, candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC need to secure 55 per cent marks, that is, 82 out of 150 marks.

Candidates who are able to secure equal to or more than these qualifying marks will be declared as pass in Central Teacher Eligibility Test.

When will CBSE release Final CTET Answer Key 2021?

The final answer key will release once the CBSE analyses all the objections raised by the candidates. The CTET Result 2021 will be released on the basis of final CTET Answer Key 2021. Candidates should watch this space to get the latest updates.

What happens after the declaration of CTET Result?

Once the result gets declared, the CBSE then releases the CTET Eligibility Certificate and Marksheet of the candidates who pass the exam. The CTET Certificate is issued to those candidates who qualify the exam by securing the minimum qualifying marks or more. The CTET Marksheet & Certificate 2021 are expected to release by the end of March 2021.

Where can I access my CTET Certifcate 2021?

The CBSE releases the marksheet and certificate together on the DigiLocker platform. The marksheets and certificates will be digitally signed and will contain an encrypted QR Code for security purpose. This QR code can be scanned through the DigiLocker mobile app.

The DigiLocker accounts will be created by the concerned authority itself and their details will be shared on the registered mobile number of the candidates.
