IAS exam 2020 process is rolling with full throttle. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a list of candidates who either did not pay the exam fees or their transaction has not been updated in the records of UPSC.  The UPSC notice for the IAS exam 2020 is the latest after the last date of IAS application was over on March 3.

There are 51 cases where payment confirmation is not received from the bank authorities. Either they have not paid the fee or they have paid, but the transaction is not updated with the authorities. The candidature of the said candidates will be cancelled for the IAS exam 2020 if no documentary evidence is found in support of their fee submission.

If the fee was paid online, the candidate needs to send a hard copy of their transaction receipt (print out) and if they had deposited the fee offline through SBI challan, the candidates need to send the system generated pay-in-slip to UPSC. The candidates who had submitted the fees appropriately and their name appear in the list can provide details of their fee transaction to the UPSC until March 19. The following is the address to which the appeal needs to be mailed or submitted by hand.

The Under Secretary (CSP),

Union Public Service Commission, Examination Hall Building, Hall No.2, 4th  Floor

Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.

UPSC issues such a notice after the IAS exam application process end. It is a protocol to issue such list and provide the last opportunity to the candidates whose fees transaction status is not updated in the official records. The UPSC IAS Prelims 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on May 31 and the IAS admit card 2020 for the prelims exam will be issued from May 10 onwards.
